  • Barbell Row (superset A) 3x10 @ 40kg
  • Dip negatives (superset B) 3x3
  • Hand stand hold (superset A) Accumulate 3 minutes

Notes

I added in some barbell rows. With all the pushing and static holds, I figured I needed some balance. Also, I was able to get through this workout pretty quickly, so adding another exercise was easy.
